A massive thank you to the Chaddlewood Miners football club who held a family fun day on Saturday 9th July and raised over £500 for Give a child a chance.
Georgie Payne, spokesperson for the club said this;
With celebrating 40 years of youth football the Chaddlewood Miners wanted to share their celebrations with a local charity that was youth-related and with everything that has happened this past year with lockdown we thought children’s mental health was the way to go.
We held a fun football match between our managers and coaches which was a fantastic day, everyone who came along had a great time either playing or supporting.
