4 ME AND MY FRIENDS

This group is for young people who are on the Autistm Spectrum; they don’t have to have been statemented or diagnosed but do need to be on the spectrum. The group is broken down into two sessions by “age”, the first being 10-14  years old at 4:30-6pm and the second being 14-19 years old at 6.30-8pm. All sessions take place on Wednesdays at the: Efford Youth Centre, Blandford Road, PL3 6HU.

BUD CLUB

A fun and supportive group for parents, families and children who have accessed CAMHS or have a diagnosis of autism or ADHD.  A group where you can relax, make new friends, meet other families and get friendly and specialist support from experienced staff and volunteers.  Every other Thursday from 6pm – 8pm at Hamoaze House.
